Then it’s back to The Ritz’s private banquet room for a debriefing on exactly how you can profit from the deals. We’ll break for a short time, reconvening for dinner later in the evening. Back to the itinerary. On Sunday morning we’ll enjoy a relaxing educational session and hold individual meetings to review deals you’re interested in. The Ritz Carlton rate is $300 per night ($600 total) + taxes for hotel only but tour members get two nights, meals, tour, private meetings and educational sessions for just $597! Tour members should make travel arrangements to the hotel on Friday afternoon and back home Sunday afternoon. As a sincere thank you, the entire cost of the tour will be REFUNDED if you decide to buy a property over the weekend (Yes, this is how your ticket to the tour can be no cost to you).
