CRANKING IT! !!!!!! just had to share my next 4 deals with the dg fam. Purchase offer being signed by seller this week…all the property info from seller to my attorney and sellers attorney contacted mine to get this ROLLIN!!
a while back I had a local investor contact me about some properties I looked at and made anboffer on……4 of them as a package deal to be a fact.HE wanted to sell but not for my offer…..well as I learned from on of deans conference calls….to NEVER leave a call without offering the seller a BACKUP plan that involves YOU ….if and when they DECIDE to sell in a MOTIVATing circumstance.well this DID HAPPEN and he called me back to state he had some health issues and will sell to me for my offer price!!. The properties are located in brushton ny in my hometown ..#1- is a store with. An apt in back…rented…..#2 is an empty lot next to store…#3 is a house next to the empty lot with a long back yrd that needs trees cut and cleanup……which didn’t realize it went WAY back farther than I expected….due to tree and weed overgrown…..AND THIS IS RENTED…..#4 is another wth about 4 miles from these that is also rented and the renters r interested in a land contract….rent to own. Contacted the attorney today and we have all abstracts but one… so I called the seller about if he signed yet and he said this week def as he already dropped off all the property info to my attorney and he is LOOKING for the last abstract….he KNOWS he has it in his house somewhere.after speaking to him and my attorney…he WILL start a new abstract on this one next week if he can’t find it!!!!! I am PUMPED to tear down 4 deals in one NEGOTIATION and am EXCITED to share deans BACKUP PLAN WORKS! !!!! Will share with you all the coming days how this multiple deals proceeds!! Jay
