Body language speaks louder than words

Q: How important are face-to-face interactions, especially in the current digital age where so much is done online?
A: As a Realtor specializing in an online office, I definitely enjoy the benefits that the digital age and green awareness of paperless technology has brought to us. By providing online tools such as virtual tours and satellite street maps, buyers and sellers can make much better educated decisions. With e-sign, clients can get contracts “signed” via e-mail rather than meeting in person. This not only saves time but aids in preventing missing out on good deals by not being able to get offers submitted on time.
Body language can express emotions in so much more depth. A lot can be learned from facial expressions, eye contact, gestures, posture and the speaking tone of an individual. Reading body language is a strategic skill I gained from many years of experience. I find it to be extremely useful, and it enables me to understand the best approach to a specific individual, since we are all so unique. The old saying that actions speak louder than words is very true.
